Article 3: Product prices
All reservations (products and services) are payable in euros in store, after confirming the reservation on site.
The prices of products and services are subject to fluctuations and are updated daily. The prices invoiced are those in force on the day of validation of the reservation, within the limit of its validity (10 days from the date of availability indicated before validation of the reservation).
They appear on the product and service presentation sheets and on the reservation summary.
Article 4: Validation of the reservation
After having had the opportunity to select a collection store, to check the details of his reservation, its total price, to correct any errors and to have validated the reservation, the customer receives an email from One1Tech acknowledging receipt of the registration of your reservation.
In the exceptional event of a stock shortage, One1Tech undertakes to immediately inform the customer.
All reservations are subject to a reservation confirmation email, validating the reservation; This document, to be kept, constitutes proof of the reservation.
In the event of a dispute and unless technically proven proof to the contrary by the customer, the computerized records, kept in One1Tech’s computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications and reservations made on the Site.
Article 5: Transfer of ownership of products
One1Tech retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of all amounts due, including all costs and taxes. The risks incurred on the products are transferred to the customer at the time of withdrawal.
Article 6: Deadlines for making products available
One1Tech undertakes to make the reserved product available in the selected store in accordance with the deadlines indicated before validation of the reservation.
The customer is notified of the availability of his reservation by email to the address entered during the online reservation.
Exceptionally, taking into account transport requirements or constraints, One1Tech may be required to modify the time or date initially planned for collection of the reservation.
One1Tech then informs the customer by email of any changes to the availability of the reserved products.
Article 7: Withdrawal methods
As soon as the reserved product is available in store, the customer will receive an information email, inviting them to come and confirm their reservation, that is to say, to purchase the product in store.
In the event of immediate availability of the product, the information is brought to the customer’s attention directly in the reservation confirmation email.
To make the withdrawal, the customer must have a means of payment and their reservation number.
Article 8: Validity period of the reservation / Cancellation of the reservation
The selected items are reserved for a period of ten (10) calendar days from the date of availability indicated before validation of the reservation.
If no collection is made after this deadline, the reservation will be considered canceled and the product will no longer be reserved.
No fees will be charged to the customer for this service in the event of cancellation of the reservation.
Article 9: No right of withdrawal
Hereby, One1Tech offers the Internet user a reservation service for goods and services with a view to the possible conclusion of a sales contract subsequently in the One1Tech store.
To do this, the Internet user is invited to come and confirm their reservation in store before purchasing and collecting the merchandise.
Payment is also made in store. Before confirming the reservation, One1Tech may be required to carry out a simple bank fingerprinting intended to limit abuse.
Consequently, the sales contract between One1Tech and the customer is concluded within the One1Tech store and not online.
As a result, the customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code in the context of distance selling.
Article 10: Pricing of the reservation service
Reservation fees are invoiced at the time of purchase of the product(s) in store in addition to the price of the selected products.
Reservation fees vary depending on the size, weight and price of the product(s) ordered.
The price of the reservation can be viewed when choosing the store and the entire service costs are summarized during step 4 of the reservation.
No fees will be charged to the customer in the event of cancellation of the reservation.

Article 12: Information relating to personal data
In order to ensure the processing, monitoring and archiving of reservations, One1Tech must necessarily process personal data concerning the customer.

They can be processed outside the European Union and are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship (3 years after the last contact from the customer) or for the time necessary for conservation by One1Tech with regard to its commercial and accounting obligations. and tax.
